The Carmingo® Fardosa (cov) variety was harvested on August 8 in Nord Drôme and shows good adaptation to the Rhône Valley.
Monitored for several years at Sefra where it presented a Brix of 17° this year, for an estimated yield of 30t/ha (for 500 trees/ha). The juiciness of the fruit and its taste quality are superior. Fruits are very firm, with a low susceptibility to pests, mostly explained by the resistant skin of the fruit. Its late flowering is particularly appreciated in the region.Download the document
